Commercial-Grade Hardware & Optics

We don’t use plastic consumer toys. Your perimeter is secured by 4MP Ultra Low Light cameras engineered with IP67 weatherproof ratings to withstand brutal winters, heavy rain, and extreme heat. Featuring Starlight IR night vision, they capture crisp, full-color footage long after the sun goes down. Every feed is processed locally by a dedicated 4TB/8TB industrial NVR—delivering heavy-duty hardware for heavy-duty protection.

Enterprise AI Object Detection

Real-time threat recognition powered by Deep AI. The system actively filters out shadows, leaves, and rain, isolating precise human and vehicle movement. It doesn’t just record your business; it actively watches it.

Encrypted Cloud & Local Storage

Complete data redundancy. Your system includes 14 days of continuous local recording and 30 days of secured cloud backup for triggered events. Built with a strict data sovereignty policy, your video feeds are geographically locked to dedicated servers in the US and Canada, ensuring your data never leaves your country.

Zero Trust Remote Architecture

Unlike off-the-shelf systems that leave your network exposed, we utilize a dual-layer VPN architecture. Authenticate the secure tunnel first, and view the footage second across up to 100 authorized devices. Zero exposed ports. Zero backdoors.

Long-Range Wireless Bridging

Connect detached garages, gates, or secondary outbuildings up to 10 kilometers away with zero underground trenching or physical cable runs. Plug multiple cameras or network devices into a single bridge add-on to expand your perimeter effortlessly. Powered by carrier-class 5 GHz architecture, heavy-duty outdoor units forge a rock-solid, high-speed link that cuts through interference and brutal weather elements with absolute reliability.

AES 256-Bit Encryption

Your data is mathematically impossible to intercept. Secured by AES-256 cryptography and routed through the state-of-the-art WireGuard® protocol—the exact same cryptographic standard trusted by federal agencies and global banks. Nobody sees your business but you.

Total Control Right in Your Pocket

Stay effortlessly connected with a high-performance mobile companion app. From instantly toggling video stream clarity to smooth live viewing and rapid timeline review, our platform puts complete command in your hands. Get immediate push notifications when something happens, review the event instantly, and retain total control over your emergency response decisions.

Absolute Liability Protection

The centralized brain of the RAZC Solution is engineered strictly for commercial-grade deployments. Unlike consumer-level appliances, this heavy-duty Network Video Recorder (NVR) operates continuously, utilizing dedicated, continuous-duty Surveillance hard drives. Purpose-built for high write-cycle environments, these industrial drives guarantee absolute reliability and data integrity under constant 24/7 operational stress. The system's architecture provides total situational control, featuring deeply customizable phone alerts tailored to specific operational requirements and absolute remote adjustability over the entire infrastructure. This uncompromised hardware standard is what separates true enterprise security from consumer toys.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the system hard to install?

The software is completely pre-configured and plug-and-play. However, professional installation by a licensed low-voltage contractor is required for the physical camera mounting and cabling.

Do you install the cameras and run the cables for me?

No. RAZC Solution delivers fully pre-configured, enterprise-grade hardware directly to your door. You are 100% responsible for the physical mounting and cabling. To ensure safety and compliance, all physical installations must be performed by a licensed low-voltage contractor or certified professional.

Are there any long-term contracts or cancellation fees?

We do not believe in locking our clients into long-term contracts. Your software and cloud access run on a continuous, month-to-month subscription. You maintain absolute flexibility and can cancel your service at any time directly through your online client portal with zero cancellation fees.

What happens to my security system if I cancel my monthly software subscription?

Because you own your hardware, your cameras will not stop working. If you cancel your subscription, the encrypted VPN tunnel, remote cloud viewing, and mobile app access are disconnected. However, your local Network Video Recorder (NVR) will remain active as a "headless" unit, continuing to record a rolling 14-day cycle of raw video locally on your premises.

If I cancel, can I reactivate my cloud features later?

Yes, but reactivating a disconnected system requires specialized technical labor, cryptographic key regeneration, and VPN tunnel re-authentication. Because of this, a non-refundable $500 CAD Re-Provisioning Fee applies to reinstate your remote access, in addition to resuming your standard monthly subscription.

How do I upgrade to a larger package or add cameras for a second location?

Due to the physical infrastructure of the hardware and the unique encrypted network keys assigned to your specific deployment, upgrades cannot be automatically merged via a standard web checkout. If you need to upgrade your existing hardware or consolidate billing for a new location, please contact our commercial support team directly for a custom deployment and account migration.

What is your return policy on the hardware?

We accept hardware returns within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Equipment must be in its original, undamaged, and uninstalled condition (no clipped cables or stripped screws). You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the client is responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs.

Is my video data stored securely?

Absolute data privacy is our priority. Your system features a dual-layer Zero Trust remote architecture. Footage is stored locally on your industrial NVR for 14 days, with 30 days of event-triggered backup secured in the cloud. We operate under a strict data sovereignty policy—all video feeds are geographically locked to dedicated servers within the US and Canada, ensuring your data never leaves the country.

RAZC Solution - Master Terms of Service & Hardware Agreement

1. Definitions and Interpretation
"Agreement" refers to this Master Terms of Service and Hardware Agreement.
"Client" refers to the individual or business entity purchasing hardware or subscribing to software services.
"Hardware" refers to the physical tangible goods supplied by RAZC Solution, including cameras, NVRs, network switches, and bridges.
"Software" refers to the proprietary operating systems, Deep AI object-detection algorithms, dual-layer VPN architecture, and remote access portals provided by RAZC Solution.

2. Payment Terms, Delivery & Credit Card Authorization
By placing an order, the Client authorizes the Provider to securely retain and process payments via our payment gateway (Stripe) for the duration of the active subscription.
2.1 Continuous Subscription Billing
By purchasing the hardware and subscribing to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud infrastructure, you agree to a continuous, month-to-month subscription. There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and you actively consent to recurring monthly charges at the standard rate until the service is cancelled.
2.2 Promotional Periods and Fee Disclosures
If you activate your service under a promotional period (such as a waived activation fee or a discounted trial period) that subsequently converts to a standard or higher rate, RAZC Solution will provide you with a clear, legible written notice between two (2) and ten (10) days before the promotional period ends. This notice will specify the exact date the promotion expires and the new recurring price that will apply. Any non-recurring fees, including the $500 Re-Provisioning Fee, are disclosed upfront prior to checkout.
2.3 Cancellation and Termination
You maintain month-to-month flexibility and may cancel your continuous subscription at any time. To cancel, you may use the simple, streamlined web-based cancellation mechanism accessible directly via your account portal online.
Hardware & Included Delivery(Upfront): 100% of the hardware and equipment costs are due immediately upon checkout. Standard secure transit shipping is included in the base hardware package price. Hardware will not be ordered, configured, or shipped until this payment clears.Subscription (Monthly): Monthly software, maintenance, and cloud subscription billing will officially commence on the day the system is successfully plugged in and connects to the RAZC Solution network. Upon activation, the Client will immediately receive comprehensive system access.3. System Hardware & Remote Access Terms
While physical hardware costs are paid upfront, the Software, AI algorithms, and encrypted remote access tunnels remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. The Provider grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Software solely for internal business or personal security purposes. The Client is strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, hacking, or attempting to extract the proprietary source code of the Software. Full administrative access to the master system will only be handed over to the Client upon successful hardware deployment and network authentication.
4. Subscription Cancellation, Default, & ReactivationClient Cancellation: The Client may cancel their monthly software subscription at any time through a simple, streamlined web-based cancellation mechanism accessible via their account portal, matching the ease of the original enrollment process.Non-Payment & Default Timeline: It is the Client's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method. If a monthly subscription payment fails:
Day 7: A billing reminder will be issued to the Client.
Day 16 (Suspension): Following the 15-day secondary billing notice, the subscription will be suspended. All remote cloud access, mobile application connectivity, and VPN tunnels are immediately disconnected. The system converts to a local headless unit. The Client may restore service during this window simply by paying the past-due balance.Day 60 (Termination): The account and network infrastructure associated with the Client are permanently terminated and purged from the active routing tables.Local Recording: While remote cloud access is disabled (due to cancellation or suspension), the local Network Video Recorder (NVR) remains the Client's property and will continue to record a rolling 14-day cycle of raw local video data.Re-Provisioning Fee: To reinstate the software interface, cloud viewing capabilities, and remote encrypted tunnel after a manual cancellation OR after a 60-day non-payment termination, the Client must pay a non-refundable Re-Provisioning Fee of $500 CAD. This serves as liquidated damages representing the specialized technical labor, cryptographic key regeneration, and VPN tunnel re-authentication required to reintegrate the unit, in addition to resuming the standard monthly subscription rate. The Client authorizes the Provider to charge the payment method on file for this fee upon the Client's request for reactivation.System Upgrades & Multi-Site Deployments:
Due to the physical infrastructure of the Hardware and the unique cryptographic keys assigned to each deployment, system upgrades and secondary locations cannot be automatically merged via standard web checkout. Purchasing a new Hardware package online will initiate a separate, concurrently billed subscription. Clients seeking to upgrade existing hardware and transfer their subscription, or those wishing to consolidate billing for multiple locations, must contact support directly for a custom deployment and account migration.
5. Shipping, Returns, Logistics & Restocking PolicyIncluded Delivery & Import Duties (DAP Policy): All hardware packages include standard secure transit shipping from our facility in Cowansville, Quebec, to the destination address provided. All international (cross-border) shipments are shipped strictly DAP (Delivered at Place). The Client acts as the "Importer of Record" and is 100% solely responsible for all import duties, tariffs, local taxes, and customs brokerage fees incurred upon the package's entry into the destination country. These government and courier import fees are not included in the checkout price or the included transit shipping and must be paid by the Client directly to the courier prior to delivery.Return Process & Freight: Returns on hardware are only accepted within 14 days of the initial delivery date. The Client must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Authorized returns are shipped FOB Destination, meaning the Client bears 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs, providing valid tracking, securing insurance, and assuming the risk of loss until the items physically arrive and are inspected at the Provider's facility.Restocking Fee & Condition: All accepted returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee to cover initial configuration, bench-testing, provisioning labor, and to offset the original outbound transit costs. Equipment must be returned in its original, undamaged condition using proper commercial packaging. Any evidence of attempted physical installation, clipped cables, stripped mounting screws, electrical shorting, or cosmetic damage immediately voids return eligibility and refunds will be refused. Custom software configuration fees are strictly non-refundable.6. Hardware & Data Ownership & Privacy Compliance
Following clearance of the upfront payment and delivery, the Client assumes full legal ownership of the physical hardware and retains absolute ownership of their video data.
Data Roles: For all data processing activities, the Client is designated as the Data Controller, and the Provider is strictly a Data Processor.Client Compliance Warranties: The Client warrants that they have conducted all necessary Privacy Impact Assessments, posted all legally required physical surveillance notices on their premises, and obtained all mandatory consents from employees, occupants, and visitors prior to activating the AI object detection and recording systems. The Provider claims no ownership of, nor assumes liability for, the Client's data, surveillance footage, or regulatory compliance failures.7. System Warranty & Liability Limitation
Physical hardware is covered strictly by the original manufacturer’s warranty. The Provider warrants the software configuration and encrypted network tunnel only for the duration of an active monthly subscription.
7.1 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAZC Solution provides the hardware and SaaS platform "as is" and "as available." Except for express warranties provided herein, RAZC Solution disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RAZC Solution's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to this agreement exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: This limitation of monetary liability does not apply to claims made under an implied or statutory condition or warranty where prohibited by law, including under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2023.8. Client Infrastructure & Installation Responsibilities
The Provider delivers pre-configured hardware. The Client is 100% responsible for the physical mounting, cabling, and local setup.
Professional Licensing: All physical installations must be performed by a licensed low-voltage contractor or certified professional holding all required regional trade licenses. The Provider is a hardware manufacturer and SaaS provider—not a licensed private security agency, central monitoring station, or emergency dispatch service. Live viewing is strictly self-managed by the Client.Vicarious Liability Shield: The Client assumes all liability for uncertified installation, incorrect wiring, or physical negligence. The Provider assumes zero liability for property damage, electrical fires, personal injury, or system failures resulting from client or contractor error. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and power supply.9. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Client agrees not to use the hardware, software, cloud storage, or AI processing for any unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, tortious, or unauthorized purposes (including pointing cameras into private residential windows or recording audio in illegal areas). The Provider reserves the unilateral right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the encrypted cloud tunnel, without prior notice and without refund, if the Provider reasonably suspects a violation of this AUP or any criminal activity.
10. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any failure, delay, data loss, or interruption in service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, lightning, power grid failures, regional internet or telecommunications outages, third-party cloud hosting provider failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Mutual Indemnification and Duty to Defend
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAZC Solution, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, and legal fees arising out of or related to: (a) the Client's violation of any privacy laws, wiretapping statutes, or regulations; (b) the Client's misuse of the surveillance hardware or Software; (c) any uncertified or negligent physical installation; or (d) any breach of this Agreement by the Client.
12. Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Class-Action Waiver: The Client and Provider agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this specific waiver is found to be unenforceable in a consumer context within a specific jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed while the remaining arbitration terms remain in full force.13. Governing Law, Venue and SeverabilityGoverning Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.Exclusive Venue: Any legal action, motion, or arbitration permitted under this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located within the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the Client expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.© 2026 RAZC Solution. 1. Hardware Warranty (Pass-Through)
RAZC Solution operates as a systems integrator and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We source best-in-class, enterprise-grade hardware (including cameras, Network Video Recorders, switches, and bridges) from top-tier original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Because we do not manufacture the physical hardware, RAZC Solution does not provide a direct warranty on the physical equipment. All physical hardware is strictly covered by the original manufacturer’s standard warranty. If a hardware component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the OEM’s specified warranty period, the Client must initiate a warranty claim directly with the respective manufacturer.2. Software and Network Warranty
RAZC Solution warrants that our proprietary software, Deep AI object-detection algorithms, and encrypted dual-layer VPN architecture will perform substantially as described, provided that the Client maintains an active, paid-in-full monthly subscription. This software warranty remains in effect only for the duration of an active subscription.
3. Warranty Exclusions and Voidance
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover, and is immediately voided by, any of the following:
Uncertified Installation: Any physical damage, electrical shorting, or system failure resulting from installation, cabling, or mounting performed by anyone other than a licensed low-voltage contractor or certified professional.Physical Damage & Abuse: Damage caused by vandalism, dropping, blunt force, improper handling, or cosmetic wear and tear.Tampering: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or physically alter the hardware or software configurations.Force Majeure: Damage caused by extreme weather, acts of God, power surges, lightning strikes, or regional internet outages.Improper Environment: Using the equipment outside of the manufacturer's stated temperature, moisture, or environmental operating guidelines.4. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the hardware and software services are provided "as is." RAZC Solution expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Note: Certain consumer protection laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2023, do not allow the waiver of implied or statutory warranties. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, these specific disclaimers may not apply to you.5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RAZC Solution, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or property theft, arising out of the use or inability to use the hardware or software. RAZC Solution's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window & RMA Requirement
Returns on hardware are only accepted within 14 days of the initial delivery date. The Client must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping.
2. Freight and Return Shipping
Authorized returns are shipped FOB Destination, meaning the Client bears 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs, providing valid tracking, securing insurance, and assuming the risk of loss until the items physically arrive and are inspected at the Provider's facility.
3. Restocking Fee & Condition
All accepted returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee to cover initial configuration, bench-testing, provisioning labor, and to offset the original outbound transit costs. Equipment must be returned in its original, undamaged condition using proper commercial packaging. Any evidence of attempted physical installation, clipped cables, stripped mounting screws, electrical shorting, or cosmetic damage immediately voids return eligibility and refunds will be refused. Custom software configuration fees are strictly non-refundable.
